In this scenario the MIC is hosted on a secure site with online web access. All of our solutions are fully secure, .NET and internet ready. Now your staff can access and interrogate their own custom built marketing system from any location at any time.
Onsite
In this scenario the system is built and deployed onsite at your location working closely with the Marketing team, the I.S. team, and the Race Data professionals. Based on the needs and objectives defined in our RD scoping process, the MIC is spec’d, designed, prototyped, tested, tweaked, and deployed. Support for these systems is never more than a phone call away and because our MIC’s are highly flexible and scalable in nature future modifcations are quick and easy.
Virtual Marketing Services Department
In this scenario, Race Data sets up the system and becomes your virtual marketing department. You have all of the same systems as our hosted solutions with all marketing analysis and fulfillment being taken care of by our expert staff. All reports and KPI’s are delivered via secure access to your own marketing domain and/or email in a format that is portable and easy to integrate into your work and presentations. What you get is 3 departments with staff all rolled into one annual service; I.T. support and management with staff, Marketing systems software and support with staff, with access to our analytics staff.
